1. How can I earn points?
You can earn 10 points for each dollar spent on eligible items.
By referring a friend, you can both earn 500 bonus points after they place an order.
You can earn 500 bonus points for joining the membership program for the first time
You will earn points on qualifying items and actions that involve a transaction only when your order has been paid. Your Profile will subsequently be updated to reflect your new points balance.
2. How can I redeem points?
When redeeming, 1 point equal 0.001 dollars.
3. Are there bonus ways to earn points?
Yes! You can earn bonus points for:
Showing a same Double Double pizza receipt
Purchasing across multiple product categories
Visiting multiple times within a short period
Shopping during select promotional hours
Ask our staff about current bonus opportunities.
4. Do I earn points on discounted items?
Points are earned on the final purchase amount after any discounts.
5. Can points be exchanged for cash?
No.
Points have no cash value and can only be used toward qualifying purchases.
6. Can I transfer points to someone else?
No.
Points are non-transferable and tied to your account.
7. Do I need to sign up?
Yes.
You must create a loyalty account in-store to earn and redeem points.
8. Is there a maximum reward I can use?
Yes.
The maximum redemption per transaction is $20.
9. Do my points expire?
Yes.
Points expire 12 months after your last purchase.
Any purchase resets your expiration date.
10. Can I stack rewards with other promotions?
No. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or bonus offers.
11. Is there a minimum purchase to use rewards?
Yes. To use rewards, your purchase must meet the minimum:
$5 reward → $50 minimum spend
$10 reward → $80 minimum spend
$15 reward → $110 minimum spend
$20 reward → $140 minimum spen
12. When can I redeem points?

2,500 points = $1 in rewards
14. How do I earn points?
